ANSWERS TO OUR MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. As a property owner, what part of the sewer connection are my responsibility and what part is Delcora’s responsibility?

    · Delcora is responsible for the main sewer line, and the sewer lateral, from our main to the curb line.
    · The property owner is responsible for the sewer lateral, from the building to the curb; including the sewer vent and vent cap.
    · Your respective township or borough maintenance department is responsible for storm sewers and inlets.
 

2. If I feel I have a sewer problem, whom do I call?

    · You can call our sewer maintenance department twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays.
    · Our number for service is (610) 485-1925.
 

3. How long will I have to wait for a crew to service my call?

    · During normal working hours your call will be answered promptly, and a crew will be sent out immediately.
      Calls coming in after 3:30 pm on weekdays, all weekends and holidays, a crew will be dispatched within
      one hour of confirmation with caller.
 

4. Who do I contact if I am not satisfied with Delcora’s findings, if I need additional information,
    or if damage occurred due to a problem with Delcora’s sewer line?
