Department Overview

The goal of DELCORA’s Procurement department is to maintain compliance through policies and procedures that provide reasonably priced, high-quality goods and services to end users, while preserving ethical, organizational, financial, civic and legal accountability.

The Authority’s Procurement Limits are indicative of the PMMA (Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Act) purchasing guidelines. The results of the annual increase of bidding thresholds will be published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin by the Department of Labor and Industry prior to the 1st of January each year.
